1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Operator AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be legally capable of entering a contract and meet the minimum age required by applicable law.
2. The Service
Operator AI provides AI-assisted workspace, agent, automation, monitoring, drafting, search, and connected-system features. Features may prepare recommendations or actions using context from services you connect. Available capabilities, limits, and approval requirements may vary by plan, workspace, integration, or configuration.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, controlling workspace membership, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@operatorai.dev if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity or authority verification before changing access or releasing data.
4. Connected services and permissions
You may authorize Operator AI to access third-party services such as Google. You control which accounts and permissions are connected and are responsible for having the right to provide that access. You instruct us to process connected data as necessary to deliver the features and workflows you request. You can disconnect integrations, although doing so may stop related features.
5. AI output, actions, and approvals
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs and for decisions made using them. Where the Service requests approval before an external or consequential action, you are responsible for confirming the action, recipient, content, and scope. The Service is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law or another person's rights; access systems or data without authorization; distribute malware; evade security controls; harass, deceive, or exploit others; generate or distribute unlawful content; interfere with the Service; reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits; or use the Service to build a competing model or service through unauthorized extraction. You may not submit data you lack authority to process.
7. Your content and data
You retain ownership of content and data you provide. You grant Operator AI a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and your configuration. You are responsible for notices, consents, and lawful bases required for data you provide.
8. Operator AI property
Operator AI and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related technology, excluding your content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription or authorized access.
9. Fees and subscriptions
Paid features are subject to the pricing, billing period, usage limits, taxes, and cancellation terms shown when you order or in a separate agreement. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees already incurred are non-refundable. We may suspend paid features for overdue amounts after reasonable notice.
10. Third-party services
Third-party products and integrations are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control those services and are not responsible for changes, outages, data handling, or actions by third parties. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and permissions.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons. When practical, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly reduce paid functionality.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that could harm users or systems. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that AI outputs, third-party data, or connected actions will be accurate, complete, or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operator AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
15. General terms
These Terms, together with any applicable order or written agreement, form the agreement between you and Operator AI concerning the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction or transfer of the Service. Applicable law governs without overriding mandatory rights available to you.
16. Changes and contact
